Sarah is responsible for managing all aspects of the RCP’s exhibition programme including designing exhibitions, creating content, arranging loans and image permissions, and coordinating installation. Catrina provides collections management services to the museum. Catrina ensures the on-going care of the collections with a responsibility for documentation standards and preventive conservation. She also responds to research enquires, picture library and tour requests.

Public programmes officer

Gail produces and coordinates the RCP museum's public programme of talks and lectures, museum Late events, exhibition openings and open days. Gail manages the guided tours programme, museum general enquiries, social media, marketing and digital communications. Gail also oversees the museum volunteer team which supports the public programme and is an advocate for improving accessibility at the RCP.

Pamela manages the archive collections, which date back over 700 years, including collections management and conservation. She also manages the obituary service for fellows (voting members) Inspiring Physicians and the research service for anyone wanting to access the collections for study.

Oral history project officer

Sarah works with a team of volunteers to record and document life story interviews with RCP members and fellows about their medical careers. Sarah also looks after older recordings in the collection, some of which date back to the 1960s. She also helps to curate the audio elements of the RCP’s exhibitions. Sarah works at the RCP on Wednesdays.
